test of time. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal
use.
Warranty Breakdown:
- 10-Year Warranty: Standing Desk Frames Covers motorized systems (motors,internal actuators) and structural steel frames (legs, feet, and crossbars).
● 5-Year Warranty: Desktops & Electronics Covers desktops (structural integrity)and electronic control components (including control boxes, handsets, and power cables).
- 3-Year Warranty: Ergonomic Chairs & Accessories Covers ergonomic chair components (gas lifts, casters) and desktop accessories (cable trays, monitor
arms).
What is Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, or natural aging of materials).
- Damage caused by improper assembly, overloading beyond weight capacity, or
unauthorized modifications.
- Products used in unsuitable environments (e.g., outdoor use or high-humidity areas).
Note: This is a Parts Replacement Warranty. JoyDesk will provide the necessary replacement
parts; however, labour and installation costs are not included.
